We would be very pleased and honored to have your attendance at
We will be entertaining you with music and dance, as well as delicious food.
Both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be provided! We will have at least one beer on tap, perhaps two.
We will also have wine, and a selection of mixers and hard liquor for you to enjoy. If you will be drinking something unique, feel free to BYOB. You have the option of putting your beverage on the bar area for everyone to enjoy, or simply keep it for yourself.
There will also be food available. Previous events featured grilled burgers, hotdogs and sides, with vegetarian options. We will probably do the same, but are considering changing it too. If you have any dietary requirements that we should be aware of, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
The event will be starting in late afternoon, probably around 4PM.
We’ll have live entertainment, and the “Big Game” kickoff will be soon after the party starts. It will be a silly/fun skit that you’re sure to enjoy! Try and be here for that and see your friends do really bad acting for your amusement
There will be at least two bands and later in the evening we’ll move to open mic, so bring your music and poetry! We will again have a proper dance floor, so you can dance to the music! You might have seen the fb post about Line Dancing lessons. Be brave, my friends, be brave!
The event is primarily outdoors, so wear appropriate footwear. The ground is pretty flat, but if you do the optional Big Game, you’ll be walking on some trails and the ground is uneven.
On the subject of attire. The party theme of this year’s event is Space Cowboy Hoedown, and the big game story theme is [TO BE REVEALED]. We will be dressing to match the theme. Watch for your hosts to be all decked out in fabulous outfits!
Your guide for appropriate attire is as follows:
Onsite tent camping will be available. If you can, please let us know ahead of time if you are pitching at tent, so we can guarantee a site available to you.
We’ll have limited RV parking here, but please make sure it’s small (ie: 20feet or less, and you’ll probably be OK). We absolutely can’t accommodate anything larger than that and encourage you to check out some of the camp grounds in the area.
Close parking fills up fast, and extends into the road, so if you need to park something for camping, be sure and arrive early into the event. There is no electricity hookups available. Car/Van camping is always permitted.

Yeah, we know it’s kinda far for a lot of you, but there is camping available here, near by camp grounds, as well as some very inexpensive hotels in the area. So make a night of it!

We love meeting new people, so if there is someone you think is pretty cool who you’d like to bring, please feel free to do so. The Facebook event has an Invite button on it, so go ahead and click it to invite someone who should be on the invite list. You know us, and you know our circle of friends- so obviously make sure the person you want to invite is compatible with the experience. We want to keep it fun for everyone. No drama please! Also, if you’re thinking of adding more than one or two, please give us a heads-up so we can make sure we have enough food.
